PROCESSING TIMES:

We are Australian based so all times noted below are Australian Eastern Standard Time - AEST.

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing orders and to receive tracking number/Confirmation of order shipment (During non sale periods).

Any orders placed on the weekend or a public holiday will be dispatched the following business day.

We are not liable for wrong information given to us when shipping information is asked in check out point. If you do not provide the right shipping address we are not required to refund. Please make sure all your shipping information is correct before finalising order.

Once an order is dispatched from our warehouse, Caye Collection cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays, missing, lost or stolen packages. If you are experiencing any of these issues, please contact the courier directly.

SHIPPING PROTECTION:

We offer Shipping Protection at checkout for $1.99. This will cover all parcel loss, damage, and theft. If you decide not to purchase Shipping Protection at the checkout, We are not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items. Read the T&C's here.

WHICH COURIER DO YOU USE?

Caye Collection uses Australia Post and DHL Express.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY ADDITIONAL DUTIES & TAXES?

Please note that Cayé Collection is not responsible for customs clearance fees in your country nor for the package holding times by customs.

Pricing on our online store does not cover overseas duties or customs charges that may apply when importing to your country.

These costs are determined by your local customs office and are beyond our control. Please familiarise yourself with your countries customs charges and levies before placing your order.

Cayé Collection is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country's postal authority about items awaiting payment of customs duties and taxes. Please monitor your shipment with the provided tracking number to avoid delays.

Tax Threshold Guide

Australia: Domestic orders will not incur taxes.

USA: Orders over the value of 800 USD will incur import taxes and duties. Orders under this amount will not incur taxes or duties.

NZ: Orders over the value of 400 NZD will incur import taxes and duties. Orders under this amount will not incur taxes or duties.

UK: Orders over 135 GBP will incur import taxes and duties + % of VAT. Orders under this threshold are tax and duty-free, but VAT still applies.

CAN: Orders exceeding $20 CAN will be subject to import taxes ranging from 5-13% and duties of 18%. Orders below this threshold are exempt from taxes and duties.

EU: Orders over 150 EUR will incur import taxes and duties + % of VAT. Orders under this threshold are tax and duty-free, but VAT still applies.

In case your country is not included above and you're uncertain about the applicable tax thresholds, we recommend reaching out to your local support for more information.

Should you opt to decline/reject delivery due to customs fees, a return fee will be subtracted from your refund/store credit to account for return shipping as a result of your refusal. This policy is firm.

SALE PERIODS DISPATCH TIMES

• Please allow between 2-4 business days for your order to be processed due to high order volumes.
• Due to high volumes of orders/emails during sale periods- if wrong items are ordered during sale periods we can not take responsibility for changing the order before pick up of shipment.
• Once a sale order is placed we can not add or remove items to or from the current placed order. A new order will have to be placed for additional items & items not wanted will have to be returned.

INCORRECT/MISSING ITEMS:

Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive a incorrect or missing item please contact us immediately with a photo so we can assess the issue & establish a mutual happy outcome.

Immediate notification is required, and the item must be returned within 7 days of receipt.

PRE ORDER ITEMS:

If you purchase other NON PRE ORDER items in the same order as a pre order item, we will hold your entire order back until the pre order item arrives before dispatching. If you would like to order PRE ORDER and NON PRE ORDER items we recommend you do this in separate transactions so you can get all your items as soon as they are available.
