Order Processing Times

We are based in Australia, and all times are in Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing and to receive your tracking number or confirmation of shipment (during non-sale periods).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.
Ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not liable for incorrect addresses and will not issue refunds for wrong information.
Once dispatched, Caye Collection is not responsible for delivery delays, lost, missing, or stolen packages. Please contact the courier directly if any issues arise.

Order Cancellations

Orders are processed immediately. To avoid disappointment, cancellations may not always be possible.
If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it.

It covers parcel loss, damage, or theft.

Duties & Taxes

Duties and taxes are covered worldwide by us, except for India.

Sale Period Dispatch Times

Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing during sale periods.
We cannot change items after a sale order is placed.
Additional items must be ordered separately. Items you no longer want will need to be returned.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect or missing item, contact us immediately with a photo.
Written notification is required within 5 days of receipt.
Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Pre-Order Items

If your order contains both pre-order and non-pre-order items, we will hold the entire order until the pre-order item arrives.
To receive non-pre-order items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
