RETURNS

We accept returns for change of mind, size, or style in exchange for store credit or an exchange within 30 days of the shipping date.

All items must be returned in brand new condition — unworn, unwashed, and undamaged — with original tags and packaging intact. Returns that do not meet these conditions will be declined and sent back at your expense.

 

HOW DO I ORGANISE A RETURN?

  1. To start a return, click HERE and use your email/order number to enter your history purchases. Once approved, you will receive a label through our portal.

  2. Inspect your items to ensure they are in perfect condition as we will not accept any items returned worn or damaged in any way. Ensure all items received are sent back in original packaging. Failure to do this will result in the shipment being sent back to you and you request to be denied.

  3. Send your package to the address listed on the return label provided through the portal (if available in your country). We are not responsible for lost items.

COST OF RETURNS

Australian Returns: 

If you opted-in to Checkout+, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for a store credit or exchange for free! Return requests should be submitted through our returns portal.

If you chose to opt out of Checkout+, no problem! You can still submit your return through our portal. Please note that you’ll be responsible for any return shipping costs. Return labels must be purchased directly through our returns portal.

    USA & Canada Returns:

    For USA or Canadian customers, please submit a return request through our customer portal. If you opted-in to Checkout+, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for a store credit or exchange for free! Return requests should be submitted through our returns portal.

    If you chose to opt out of Checkout+, no problem! You can still submit your return through our portal. Please note that you’ll be responsible for any return shipping costs. Return labels must be purchased directly through our returns portal.

     

    Return Shipping All Other Countries:

    For any returns outside of the US and Canada, You can still submit your return through our portal. Please note that you’ll be responsible for any return shipping costs. We recommend returning items via standard shipping at your local post office.

    This return shipping method is a suggestion only and prices may vary. You may use any other preferred method of your choice. If you choose to use your own shipping method we recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details. We will not be held liable for the loss of garments being returned.

     

    AUSTRALIA EXCHANGES:

    All Australian exchanges will incur an additional $12 AUD processing & shipping fee, this covers the cost of shipping your new item back to you. 

    INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES: 

    International exchanges will incur a $12 USD processing and shipping fee, covering the return shipment of your new item. Shipments are handled through Australia Post Standard Shipping with Tracking, arriving within 7-14 business days after dispatch.

    STORE CREDIT

    • Store credit is issued via Gift Card and can be used within 2 years to make a future purchases.
    •  Gift Cards cannot be refunded

       

      SALE/PROMOTIONAL CODE ITEMS

      All Sale items are Final Sale. No Exchanges/Refunds/Store Credit.

       

      RETURN TO SENDER CHARGE (AU CUSTOMERS):

      If you fail to collect your parcel or you have put in an incorrect address and your order is sent back to us. You will be charged a fee of $25-35 which will cover the RTS cost that we are charged and to get the shipment resent back to you.

       

      RETURN TO SENDER CHARGE (INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS):

      If you fail to collect your parcel or you have put in an incorrect address and your order is sent back to us. You will be charged a fee of $25+ USD ( DHL RTS will be more depending on shipping rates at time) which will cover the RTS cost that we are charged and to get the shipment resent back to you. (You will be liable for any additional freight and duty/tax charges incurred by the initial shipment and return).

       

      RETURNS TIMELINE

      We try to process returns as quickly as possible. Please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed once it has reached our returns address.

       

      FAULTY ITEM 

      Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive a damaged item, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately with a photo so we can assess the issue & establish a mutual happy outcome.

      Immediate notification is required, and the item must be returned within 7 days of receiving. 

      Any faults that occur after 6 months will not be accepted.

      **Refunds will only be issued if the item is deemed faulty and cannot be replaced** 

       

      INCORRECT/MISSING ITEMS

      Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive a incorrect or missing item please contact us immediately with a photo so we can assess the issue & establish a mutual happy outcome.

      Immediate notification is required, and the item must be returned within 7 days of receiving.

       

      AFTER PAY RETURNS  

      If you choose to return an After Pay order, Please note; your personal agreement with After pay will still stand and you will continue to pay any scheduled repayments. You will be issued a store credit/refund for the sum of the returned item that you can use to purchase your desired piece! Note: We do not refund orders that have been placed with AfterPay. 

       

      REFUNDS  

      Orders subject to refund are to be deducted a fee for restocking and processing fees.
