BLACK FRIDAY SALE:

Items discounted more than 40% are FINAL SALE and not eligible for an exchange or store credit.

Returns are accepted for change of mind, size, and style adjustments in exchange for STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE within 30 days of the shipping date.

 The item/s must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged in brand new condition with all original tags and packaging. If not, return will be rejected and returned at your expense.

 

HOW DO I ORGANISE A RETURN?

  • To start a return, click HERE and use your email to enter your history purchases. Provide us with reason for return as well as a custom note if you are after an exchange or store credit. Once approved by our team, you can successfully ship the item back to us. Our return shipping address will be provided on our returns form once you have been approved.
  • Failure to include custom note will issue a decline on your return request.
  • ⁠Inspect your items to ensure they are in perfect condition as we will not accept any items returned worn or damaged in any way. Ensure all items received are sent back in original packaging. Failure to do this will result in the shipment being sent back to you and you request to be denied.
  • Return your package to the address specified on the returns form. Consider utilising a registered post service for the return shipment and maintaining tracking details. We are not responsible for lost items.

 

COST OF RETURNS

Australian Returns: 

Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer, we do not provide pre-paid return labels. Any costs involved will not be reimbursed. Our return shipping address will be provided on our returns form which is available once your request has been accepted by our team.

    International Returns:

    For USA or Canadian customers, it is advised to return items via standard shipping at your local post office like USPS or Canada Post. First Class Package International Service with USPS requires 10-20 business days for the return and costs approximately $20-30 USD.

     

    This return shipping method is a suggestion only and prices may vary. You may use any other preferred method of your choice. If you choose to use your own shipping method we recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details. We will not be held liable for the loss of garments being returned.

    Return Shipping all other countries:

    We recommend returning items via standard shipping at your local post office.

     

    AUSTRALIA EXCHANGES:

    All AU exchanges will incur an additional $12 process & shipping fee, this covers the cost of shipping your new item back to you. 

     

    INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES: 

    International exchanges will incur a $12 processing and shipping fee, covering the return shipment of your new item. Shipments are handled through Australia Post Standard Shipping with Tracking, arriving within 7-14 business days after dispatch.

     

    STORE CREDIT

    • Store credit is issued via Gift Card and can be used to make a future purchase with no expiry date.
    •  Gift Cards cannot be refunded

       

      SALE/PROMOTIONAL CODE ITEMS

      All Sale items are Final Sale. No Exchanges/Refunds/Store Credit.

       

      RETURN TO SENDER CHARGE (AUS CUSTOMERS):

      If you fail to collect your parcel or you have put in an incorrect address and your order is sent back to us. You will be charged a fee of $25-35 which will cover the RTS cost that we are charged and to get the shipment resent back to you.

       

      RETURN TO SENDER CHARGE (INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS):

      If you fail to collect your parcel or you have put in an incorrect address and your order is sent back to us. You will be charged a fee of $25+USD ( DHL RTS will be more depending on shipping rates at time) which will cover the RTS cost that we are charged and to get the shipment resent back to you. (You will be liable for any additional freight and duty/tax charges incurred by the initial shipment and return)

       

      RETURNS TIMELINE

      We try to process returns as quickly as possible. Please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed once it has reached our returns address.

       

      FAULTY ITEM 

      Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive a damaged item, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately with a photo so we can assess the issue & establish a mutual happy outcome.

      Immediate notification is required, and the item must be returned within 7 days of receipt.

      Any faults that occur after 6 months will not be accepted.

      **Refunds will only be issued if the item is deemed faulty and cannot be replaced** 

       

      INCORRECT/MISSING ITEMS:

      Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive a incorrect or missing item please contact us immediately with a photo so we can assess the issue & establish a mutual happy outcome.

      Immediate notification is required, and the item must be returned within 7 days of receipt.

       

      AFTER PAY RETURNS  

      If you choose to return an After Pay order, Please note; your personal agreement with After pay will still stand and you will continue to pay any scheduled repayments. You will be issued a store credit/refund for the sum of the returned item that you can use to purchase your desired piece!

       

      REFUNDS  

      Orders subject to refund are to be deducted a fee for restocking and processing fees.
